Will I have free time to do what I want with my friends in NYC?
Our trip is planned with a full agenda, however the Couture Concierge will be meeting with each of you in advance of booking the trip to define your desired itinerary modifications.
What is the cost of the trip?
Couture Concierge NYC has assembled a first-class itinerary with one total fee for the entire excursion! Included are: first-class commercial airline travel, limousine service from your home to airport and back as well as throughout your stay in Manhattan, premier hotel accommodations, all meals, Broadway theater tickets, luxury giveaways and surprises, taxes and gratuities. The fee will be based on final details arranged directly with your group.
How far in advance will I have to book my trip?
Trips will be booked according to availability of flights and previously scheduled excursions. We will do our best to accommodate your requested travel dates.
I love shopping but I am overwhelmed by choices when I enter a store.
Will this trip help me to define my style?
You will love being able to relax and have our personal assistants work with you to beautifully coordinate selections–saving you from buying pieces that remain in the back of your closet because they were not the correct reflection of your style!
Will guests need a high level of energy to keep up during the four-day trip?
You will find that our pace will be your pace. Remember that limousines whisk us from place to place. We have three wonderful meals each day which will enable you to relax, and our assistants will always be at your service. Your lovely hotel room will be a heavenly place to unwind at the end of each fun-filled day.
Will I have a say in the type of Broadway show my group attends?
Your group will be offered a selection of shows based upon your travel schedule and the availability of premiere center orchestra seating.
Am I given a choice of hotels from which my group can stay?
Couture Concierge NYC has selected several prestigious hotels that offer different but famous ambiances. You will indeed have your selection based on your travel schedule and the availability of the finest rooms.
I am on a specific diet. Can we specify types of restaurants that will meet our needs?
Absolutely! Couture Concierge NYC will speak with your selected restaurants prior to our visit to discuss your dietary requests.
Are there specific age ranges for my group to be eligible for the services of the Couture Concierge?
Our trips are not planned for young children, teenagers or seniors with special physical requirements.
Can my husband or boyfriend accompany my group of girlfriends on the trip?
Our trips are planned so that each guest knows with whom she will be traveling. Our hotels are booked as one person per room. We want you to enjoy a girl’s outing. If, however, everyone in your group wants a male guest to be included, we will certainly consider your request.
If one of us has to cancel at the last minute due to illness or some other unforeseen circumstance, will we get a refund?
Couture Concierge NYC will be pleased to refund your fee excluding any payments we have made for airline tickets, theater tickets or travel arrangement service fees.
